State unveils red snapper plan

Keith Clifton, 43, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died on Monday, May 15, 2017.
Mr. Clifton is survived by his parents, Bobby and Rita Clifton; brother, Mark (Mallory) Clifton; sister, Tracy (Eddie) Cortez; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Interment is at Neal Cemetery in Clifton.
