Court bars Terrebonne from minority judge lawsuit

Leroy P. Knoblock, 91, a native of Raceland, La., and resident of Houma, La., died on Monday, May 9, 2016.
Mr. Knoblock is survived by his wife of 71 years, Alice Crochet Knoblock; sons, David (Barbara), Dan (Deborah), Karl (Cindy) and Miles (Melanie) Knoblock; brothers, Clarence Jr. and James Knoblock Sr.; sister, Betty Naquin; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Burial is at Terrebonne Memorial Park.
