Skains leaving Tarpons for Cecilia
April 5, 2016Mercedes Sneeze Spencer, 84, a native and resident of Houma, La., died on Sunday, March 20, 2016, at St. Bernard Parish Hospital.
Visitation will be held beginning at 8 a.m. Friday, April 1, at Community Funeral Home in Houma. Funeral services will follow at 11 a.m. Interment will be at Southdown Cemetery.
