Michael Blanchard

Michael “Mike” Paul Blanchard, 65, a native of Houma, La., and resident of Dulac, La., died at 6:40 a.m. on Monday, May 29, 2017.

Mr. Blanchard was a parishioner of Holy Family Catholic Church, where he served as an usher. He enjoyed bass fishing and Mardi Gras and greeted everybody with a smile.

He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Ann Authement Blanchard; son, Chase (Phi) Blanchard; brother, Carey (Jody) Blanchard; and sister, Kim LaCour.

Burial is at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2 in Houma.
