Popular Houma restaurant ravaged by flames

Michael Wayne Giroir, 70, a native of Houma, La., and resident of Bourg, La., died on Tuesday, December 27, 2016.
Mr. Giroir is survived by his companion, Kathleen Pellegrin; son, Michael (Christy) Giroir II; daughters, Michele Hammons, Angela (Ron) Ward and Melissa (Tony) Barrow; sisters, Linda Rhineholt, Vickie (Floyd) Dupre and Rhonda (David) Lile; brother, Ricky (Barbara) Giroir Sr.; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Burial is at a later date.
