Weight:
224 lbs

12th
School:
Terrebonne High School
Sports:
I am a linebacker for the Terrebonne High School football team, and I compete in several of the field events for track.
Best sporting achievment:
Charles recently agreed to be a walk-on football player at Southern University. Clark will be a lineman for the Jaguars after competing at linebacker throughout his career with the Tigers.
His thoughts on winning the track state championship:
“It was an amazing feeling. I think that we had an amazing season, but I knew coming into the State Meet that there was going to be a lot of amazing competition. So for me to be able to go in and compete against those folks and to win the first place title, it was an honor that I’ll never forget.
What’s it like being a Terrebonne Tiger?
I have so much pride in my school. I love being a Terrebonne Tiger and playing with my friends and classmates.
Credentials:
Terrebonne High School athlete Charles Clark is one strong dude. And that’s putting it mildly. Clark is a standout linebacker for the Tigers’ football team, one of the best defensive players in the Houma-Thibodaux area. Outside of the gridiron, Clark used his brute strength to earn a state championship. Clark took home first at the discus recently at the Class 5A State Championship Track Meet in Baton Rouge.
