Mauro is the starting kicker for Terrebonne High School, which is one of the hottest teams in the area for Class 5A football. On Friday, he boomed several extra points and gave the Tigers quality field position with excellent kickoffs. In addition to that work, Mauro is also a soccer player for the Tigers – one of the top players in the area.
STATS:
Mauro is capable of making field goals from 40 yards on-in with above average consistency, which makes him a huge asset. On the soccer field, he’s a dominant striker who owns several multi-goal games.

Never before have we name a kicker our Gulf Coast Orthopedics Player of the Week. Until now. Terrebonne High School senior Mauro Ramirez is worth the hype – one of the best kickers in the area. With a big leg and solid accuracy, Mauro is one of the big reasons why the Tigers have been able to get off to their current 5-1 start on the season – almost a lock to reach the State Playoffs.
