Remelton Chiasson

Remelton Henry Chiasson Sr., 72, a native of Thibodaux, La., and resident of Waveland, Miss., died on Sunday, January 15, 2017.

Mr. Chiasson enjoyed hunting and fishing.

He is survived by his wife, Diane Chiasson; sons, Johnny Sr., Jason Sr., Corey and Remelton Chiasson Jr.; daughters, Laura Blake, Connie Colletti and Verina Tarver; brothers, Herman and Clyde Chiasson; sisters, Dolly Mae, Loretta and Venus Chiasson, Sheena Webre, Marsha Evans, Lisha Adams and Jan Zeringue; 10 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Burial is at St. Lawrence Catholic Church Cemetery in Chacahoula.
