Ricky “T-Bab” Anthony Babin, 58, a resident of Houma, La., died Monday, Sept. 21, 2015.
Mr. Babin worked as a piping supervisor for Gulf Island for many years. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed boating and fishing throughout south Louisiana. He was a passionate LSU and Saints fan. Mr. Babin also had an artistic side, spending much of his free time with his guitar in hand or painting his original canvas designs.
Mr. Babin was survived by his wife, Tonya Marie Himel Crochet Babin; sons, Shane and Seth Babin; step-daughter, Nicole Crochet; two grandchildren; mother, Norma Jean Robichaux Babin; and brothers, Carey (Venetia) and Robert (Earline) Babin
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Bernadette Catholic Church.
