Roberta McElroy

Roberta “Biddie” Dorsey McElroy, 93, a native and resident of Houma, La., died at 1:58 p.m. on Monday, July 18, 2016.

Mrs. McElroy was a parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Cathedral. She was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America and volunteer at Terrebonne General Medical Center.

She is survived by her sons, Fay (Patricia) Jr. and Daniel (Renee) McElroy; son-in-law, Benny LeBlanc; daughters, Norma (Bill) Theriot, Mary (Pete) Matherne, Elizabeth (Ricky) LeBlanc, Annette (George) Fournier and Julie (Donnie) Braud; brother, Paul Dorsey; 17 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.

Burial is at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No.1 in Houma.
