Coastal tourism boards lose income stream; seeking private money

Roy A. Guidry, 76, a native and resident of Cut Off, La., died Tuesday, March 3, 2015.
Mr. Guidry was a member of the Knights of Columbus, South Lafouche High School Booster Club and the American Legion. He enjoyed Bible studies and was a sports fanat-He is survived by his wife of 10 years, Nage G. Guidry; sons, Tommy (Daphne), Michael (Jennifer) and Ryan (Amanda) Guidry; daughters, Gay (Henry) Orgeron and Bonny (Peter) Louviere; stepchildren, Gerry Jr. (Anna), Shane, Rowdy (Angelle), Tracy (Tim) and Gavin Galjour, 12 grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; six step-great-grandchildren; brothers, Dudley and Oneil Guidry Jr.; and sister, Annette Triche.
Burial is at Sacred Heart Catholic Church Cemetery in Cut Off.
