Samuel Matthew Kay Sr., 61, a resident of Houma, La., died on Sunday, June 12, 2016.
Mr. Kay is survived by his fiance, Susan Usner; sons, Samuel Jr. and Chandler Kay; stepson, Jay (Kara) Usner; stepdaughter, Rebecca (Ryan) Steckler; one granddaughter; brothers, Michael (Nell), Mark (Debbie) and Timothy (Priscilla) Kay; and sisters, Debbie (Clark) Robichaux and Candy Kay.
Burial is at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Houma. (Samart)
