Former drug cop boss pleads guilty to theft

Thelma Nolan Rounds, 79, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died peacefully at 8:20 a.m. on Tuesday, May 31, 2016.
Mrs. Rounds is survived by her husband, Raymond Rounds Sr.; sons, Clinton Rounds, Godfrey, Jonathan and Adrian (Yvonne) Nolan; daughter, Patricia Nolan; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brother, Freddie (Janice) Nolan; and sisters-in-law, Dorothy Nolan and Rose Rounds.
Burial is at Blue Lily Cemetery. (Jones)
