December 6, 2017Thibodaux Regional Medical Center’s Wellness Center is a year old.
The hospital plans to throw a birthday bash for the state-of-the-art facility, which will be filled with refreshments, music and fun.
TRMC will celebrate its wellness center’s one-year anniversary next Friday from noon-3 p.m. on the hospital campus.
According to a news release issued by the hospital’s marketing team, the event will feature refreshments, live music, health screenings, cooking demos and door prizes.
The Wellness Center opened last year and its been a gamechanger for local wellness and fitness.
The facility holds millions of dollars of equipment and has afforded locals the opportunity to practice a healthier lifestyle in an effort to live longer, happier lives.
Thibodaux Regional Medical Center CEO Greg Stock said the hospital is trying to reinvent local health care, trying to get locals to visit TRMC for prevention, instead of when ill.
