Vergie Collins Leonard, 81, a native and resident of Golden Meadow, La., died on Tuesday, October 17, 2017.
Mrs. Leonard loved pleasing her family, and her hobbies were sewing and crocheting.
She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Steve J. Leonard; daughters, Gwen (Ruel) Douvillier and Vickie Capro; sister, Dorita Bruce; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Burial is at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Cemetery in Golden Meadow.
