Celebration for our coach: Community to honor Orgeron

Violet C. Meyer, 80, a native and resident of Raceland, La., died on Tuesday, February 7, 2017.
Mrs. Meyer was a member of the American Legion.
She is survived by her son, David (Carol) Meyer; one grandchild; and three great-grandchildren.
Burial is at St. Mary’s Nativity Catholic Church Cemetery in Raceland.
