Wade Joseph Levron, 77, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of Houma, La., died Wednesday, April 27, 2016.

Mr. Levron’s service in the U.S. Navy launched his love for H. A.M. operations. He was the past president of the Thibodaux Amateur Radio Club. Employed by Western Electric, AT&T and Lucent Technologies, he also enjoyed fishing, woodworking and gardening.

He is survived by his wife, Carol Champagne Levron; children, Darla (Darren) Chauvin, Kemala (Sherwood) Domangue, Wade Levron Jr., Maria (Luke) Sims; seven grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; mother, Mayola Rotherham; brothers, Myron and Al Levron; and sister, Karen Kelly.

Burial is at Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church Cemetery.
