Local faces at nation’s capital for historic Supreme Court moment (AUDIO INSIDE)

Wilma Faye Williams Prestenbach, 76, a native of Manchester, Ga., and resident of Houma, La., died at 4:33 p.m. Wednesday, April 22, 2015.
Mrs. Prestenbach was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Rosepine Chapter No. 204.
She is survived by her husband, L.J. Prestenbach; sons, Neal (Sharon) Trahan; stepsons, Glenn, Eric and Jarrod Prestenbach and Presten Ogden; daughters, Jennifer (George) Arthur, Raquel (Philip) LeCompte and Rhonda (Timothy) Cunningham; step-daughters, Linda Prestenbach and Donna Ogden; brother, David (Cheryl) Williams; sisters, Annette (Archie) Klutts and Mary (Allen) Turner; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and her dog, Sir Charles.
Burial is at Terrebonne Memorial Park.
