Geraldine Randolph Theriot, 80, a native of Schriever, La., and a resident of Mesquite, Texas, died Friday, June 26.

She is survived by her sons, LaFrance Theriot and wife Ebony of Los Angeles, Calif., and Mark Anthony Theriot of Houston, Texas; daughter, Ann Theriot of Mesquite; brother, Paul Randolph and wife Margaret of Los Angeles; sister, Janice White of Houma, La.; 21 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Newman Theriot Sr.; parents, Richard and Estelle Haynes Randolph; sons, Bruce A. Theriot and Don Lyn Randolph Sr.; brother, Richard Randolph; sisters, Alice Scott and Lillian Ross; and grandson, Randy Randolph.

She was a member of First Corinthian Baptist Church and was retired from the Terrebonne Parish Library System.

Visitation will be 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Friday, July 3, at First Corinthian Baptist Church with the funeral service to follow. Burial will be at Holy Rosary Cemetery.

Gertrude Geddes Willis-Terrebonne Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
