Blanchard Joseph Landeche, 91, a native of Killona and resident of Luling, La., died Tuesday, April 1.

He is survived by his wife, Nola Guilbeau Landeche; son, Glenn Landeche; daughters, Patricia Wilson and husband, Gary, and Deborah Fonseca and husband, Randy; sisters, Elsie Lousteau and Dorothy Thomas; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Amiee’ Becnel Landeche; brother, Kermit Landeche; and sisters, Amy Marino, Beatrice Gendron and Gladys Mickal.

He was a member of the American Legion Post No. 131 and the VFW of Luling.

Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, April 5, at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Luling with mass to follow. He will be buried at St. Charles Cemetery in Luling.

Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
