Tuesday, March 1, 6:30 p.m. – Thinking Out Loud Book Discussion will meet to discuss “Absolute Fear” by Lisa Jackson.

Tuesday, March 15, 7 p.m. – Singers of United Lands will perform.

Thursday through Sunday, March 17, 18, 19 & 20 – It’s the annual used book sale! Books will be sold for 75¢ an inch Thursday through Saturday and $3 per bag on Sunday. Donations of gently used books may be brought to the Main Library on Tuesdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Saturday, March 26, 7:30 a.m. – The Eighth Annual Jambalaya Writers’ Conference and Book Fair will be held. Novel and poetry contests entries must be received by March 11. The conference is free and open to the public, but to hear keynote speaker Lisa Jackson and to eat the jambalaya lunch, a $30 registration must be sent by March 11.

Wednesday, March 30, 6 p.m. – Your Family Tree on the Web program. Registration required.
