Sergreda “Sue” Naquin, 69, a native of Pointe-Aux-Chenes and resident of Montegut, passed away on October 31, 2024.
The graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2024 at St. Charles Borromeo Cemetery in Pointe-Aux-Chenes, at 10:30 am.
She is survived by her son, Alvin T. Welch Jr. of Point Aux Chenes / Gheens; daughter, Rachel Naquin Leboeuf of Point Aux Chenes/Poplarville; brothers, Ernest Naquin and wife Christine of Bourg, Nouga Naquin of Bourg, and Thomas Naquin of Houma; sisters, Vicki Champagne of Point Aux Chenes/Lockport, Lisa Neil and husband Darren of Point Aux Chenes; grandchildren, Naru J. Rodrigue Jr. of Point Aux Chenes and Kaden M. Leboeuf of Poplarville, MS; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Victor “Gus” Augustin Naquin and Lucretia “Sis” Leboeuf Naquin of Montegut; brothers, Glenn Naquin of Houma, Carroll Naquin of Grand Bois; sisters, Debra Naquin of Point Aux Chenes, Paulette Theriot of Houma and Marylee Boudreaux of Montegut.
Samart Funeral Home of Houma, Bayou Blue is in charge of arrangements.
